Lone Wolf by by Dominic McDowall - Cubicle 7
Cubicle 7 is redoing the Lone Wolf RPG and offers a Kick-starter. I have always liked the character classes in the World of Magnamund. Kai Lords are great! This is the first Kick-starter I have supported. The link is below.

I will support the Kick-starter for Victorious RPG.

Im a Lone Wolf fan, but $24 shipping to the USA killed it for me, since im not interested in PDFs.
I'll have to wait until this available to the public, so I can order it online without the expensive shipping & probably at a discount to boot. Its "US friendly" but charges $24 to ship from a USA address to a USA address, that's an outright rip-off. Stretch goals are blah, so far.

$24 for mailing from a US address to a US address? Media Mail? Yeah, absolutely a blatant rip off.
Edit: Your reading that wrong, its roughly $10 for the UK and US, the $24 is for Europe. $10 for a boxed set, expansions, etc... is very reasonable.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Ahhh, my apologies. Hard to read how they had it set up. $10 is reasonable.Treebore wrote:$24 for mailing from a US address to a US address? Media Mail? Yeah, absolutely a blatant rip off.

approx $33) Kai Initiate – Physical and PDF copy of The Lone Wolf Adventure Game boxed set, plus Kickstarter exclusive PDF pack! Shipping – please add £6 ($9.60) for UK/US – £15 ($24) for Europe .
I saw the "for UK/US- 15 ($24)" and thought it was way too much to ship. Its even worse to read on the actual site.

Yeah, I immediately understood why you read it wrong, I had to read it three times to be sure I was reading it correctly.

I've been a fan of Lone Wolf since the early 90s. That world is so rich, and expansive. The gamebook crazee never left me. I'm hoping that in C7s hands, the look of this game will be more lavish then when with Mongoose and it's pathetic production values. In fact, I'm positive the LWRPG will look great. Let's hope the rules are good too.
I'm in. Again.

Omote,
As I understand it; it is a revision of the Multiplayer Books with rules clarifications and additional optional rules. I am getting it because of the setting of Magnamund and I want to see the changes made to some of the character classes in Heroes of Magnamund.

I don't know much about this property, but Cubicle 7 has done a great job with their Doctor Who line.

Dr. Who, Qin: the Warring States, Starblazers, Lord of the Rings, and others I am blanking on right now (Mindjammer?). At first I was sorry the guy left Mongoose, but his products have been so good I soon forgave him.tylermo wrote:I don't know much about this property, but Cubicle 7 has done a great job with their Doctor Who line.

I still haven't forgiven Joe Dever for Prisoners of Time. I am playing strictly by the book and am going to have to start over with the first book because my exactly equipment list statistically is never going to get me through that book.
