New wizard spell

Dobryrok's Waterproofing, Level 1 wizard
CT 1, R: Touch D: Permanent
SV n/a SR n/a Comp V, S, M
This spell makes waterproof one piece of clothing, foot or hand-wear.
The object affected will shed all water yet till remain breathable from
the inside. The material component is 1 G.P. worth of bees wax.
Old age and treachery will overcome youth and skill

Does it work on say a "book bag" i.e. the mage's "spell book bag", if not you should tweak it to ensure it can do that... I'd let my feet get wet before my spell book... ;}

CK discretion. Personally I consider a backpack as clothing. Like a pouch tied around the waist. Anything man sized overcoat or less.

That's cool.
I was going to say it could be level 0, but being permanent, probably 1 is just right.

Thanks. With spells that would be useful for the everyday man I make sure of level and/or cost. I like magic to be present but rare for the common folks.
