This spell makes waterproof one piece of clothing, foot or hand-wear.
The object affected will shed all water yet till remain breathable from
the inside. The material component is 1 G.P. worth of bees wax.

Does it work on say a "book bag" i.e. the mage's "spell book bag", if not you should tweak it to ensure it can do that... I'd let my feet get wet before my spell book... ;}

CK discretion. Personally I consider a backpack as clothing. Like a pouch tied around the waist.
