A bearded demon of Aihrde. (M&ToA p. 31)
In German "baertig" means bearded. Don't know if unk- is a real German prefix, but many creatures in Aihrde have German-like names. Like Unklar means "unclear" in German.

Oh, the TRolls definitely used a lot of German for inspiration. Aihrde used to be Erde, etc... Plus I think it was Steve who was stationed over in Germany.Aergraith wrote:A bearded demon of Aihrde. (M&ToA p. 31)

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

So basically it was changed to a phonetic spelling. Makes sense, as I'm sure many pronounced it as "erd".Treebore wrote:

I like the original spelling better though.

Meine Deutsch ist kaput! Ich habe keine gesprochken und alle fergessen.

Maybe the winter dark was a big misunderstanding, since he's so unclear... nyuk nyuk nyuk.

Yeah, I always say "air-duh" but in the videos, the trolls say "aird".Kayolan wrote:So basically it was changed to a phonetic spelling. Makes sense, as I'm sure many pronounced it as "erd".Treebore wrote:
