I love the CK guide to the Haunted Highlands cover art. It really evokes the dark gritty setting.

This is tough with so much to choose from.

So, I'll have to mention a few before I pick my fav:

CZ Upper Works covers by Peter Bradley.
Assault on Blacktooth Ridge cover by Daniele Bagliardo.
Dark Druids cover by David Monette.
Codex of Erde cover by Doug Kovacs.
Most of the interior artwork is outstanding. The women on pages 193, 195 are hot. I believe they were drawn by Jason Walton.
They Who Watch (LA) cover by Jason Walton.
More Beasts of Legend and Classic Monsters cover by Sarah Walker.

Favorite:

CZ Yggsburgh cover by Jeffery Jones! 8-)

I really like the cover of the 6th printing of the PHB. Very evocative.

Considering all the talk about covers and editions lately, I figured this was going to come up! :)

I currently have two.

The Stains Upon the Green cover & the (d20) Codex of Erde cover.

It's a tie for me. The cover art for Stains Upon the Green, and the combined covers for the Player's Handbook, Monsters & Treasure, and The Golden Familiar from the C&C Black Box set.

In general, any cover by Peter Bradley, with Jason Walton a fairly close second.

In particular, the d20 Codex of Erde and the current printing of PHB and M&T.

I’m going to go with the White Box’s art. A knight, riding amidst ruins to an unknown challenge. Simple and evocative, like the game.

The new CKG cover is stunning, but I have to go with the very old (relatively) cover for the S&S version (the original TLG release) of The Mortality of Green. My second choice would be the cover of the 1st printing of the PHB.

Is it the same cover art as the 5th print? Which I thought was great!

You guys are NOT going to make me go through my two shelves of C&C stuff to make a call.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

I love Bradleys work but the C&C Flip Book (PHB Side) with the Archer riding a Griffon firing at a Green Dragon is about as cool an image as I've seen. It may be my favorite of any PHB, not just C&C.

No it's different.
