Very cool OSR style map maker...

Post by Treebore »

Pretty easy to use, too. Haven't tried putting it into a Virtual Tabletop yet...

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

I'll have to try it out when I'm at my desktop.

Play around with it more, the more I saw what can be done with it, the cooler I thought it was.

Even better, it's downloadable for offline use.

The github repo for it is here.

P.S. Tree, you're killing the board formatting with that link. https://campaignwiki.org/gridmapper.svg also works, and provides a blank slate.

Changed it out. My initial link was from the author himself, so I guess was to something he had laid down a few rooms for.

When it popped up, he had passageways spelling out "OSR". Wrapping it up in URL tags, e.g. (URL=website)random text(/url) would have worked just as well.
