" Dang it! I said it on facebook and forgot to post it on the boards. Basically, if your stunned, your opponent gets a +2 to hit you. But you can still act. The monk's stun and the spell power word stun have very specific things they do. So if it does not specifically state otherwise, its just the +2!"
OFFICIAL ruling on Stunning in C&C...

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

So this was something people argued over?
Re: OFFICIAL ruling on Stunning in C&C...
It was something people were unclear about. Some had just the normal Stun incapacitate. Now we know, officially, that only the Monk and the Power Word incapacitate. For Sound Burst and everything else, it only gives a +2 to hit them.

Never noticed that before, just assumed it meant what the official ruling is. Nice to have it made clear though.Treebore wrote:It was something people were unclear about. Hmm. Now I have to decide whether to go with the official version or continue saying everyone who is stunned is unable to act (as opposed to -2 to AC). Time for a 7th printing PHB!

OK, so one more rule I get to officially change to reflect how I want it to work.

Makes the Monk's power pretty darn nasty.
Wow, Another Natural One! You guys are a sink hole for luck. Stay away from my dice.
