Publishing your own C&C adventure modules
Publishing your own C&C adventure modules
So, if I wanted to write my own adventure for C&C and publish it for free, or as a PoD thing. Is that ok? Any special things to consider?

Not everything about C&C is Open, including the name and terms such as SEIGE Engine.
Re: Publishing your own C&C adventure modules
You can submit such things to the Crusader Society, I think. Not positive. You can also always submit it to the Trolls for actual publication too.dawnrazor wrote:So, if I wanted to write my own adventure for C&C and publish it for free, or as a PoD thing. Is that ok? Any special things to consider?
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Re: Publishing your own C&C adventure modules
Tree, I just submitted stuff to Trolls for the Crusader (Dawnrazor check that subsection of this form out).. as you say, "Still waiting to hear..." but a lot is going on.
Can you give some greater detail to all of us about the Society and how they do submission and what publications to they produce?
Thanks!!!

There is a submission section on the new site, which is in its soft launch phase...

Re: Publishing your own C&C adventure modules
I think I just joined the society. I'm trying to use this form names and such.. awaiting my approval.
So, What is the protocol for submissions? Who's the contact and how does it work with or next to the Trolls? Any linkage?
Just curious, what the typical methods of the two sites would be.
Thanks for the help!

You can email tim burns with your submittals for now as I understand it. Once the "Knights of the Crusade" site is live there will be a dedicated process there.Captain_K wrote: So, What is the protocol for submissions? Who's the contact and how does it work with or next to the Trolls? Any linkage?
