Titansgrave: The Ashes of Volkana

Post by alcyone »

I started watching Wil Wheaton's RPG show:

It uses the AGE system that Green Ronin originally wrote for Dragon Age, and now has broken out into Fantasy AGE. The "Thundarr the Barbarian" and Heavy Metal inspired campaign setting Wil is using in the show is also available from Green Ronin.

I think the show is entertaining and well-edited, much more interesting than a lot of "watch us play an RPG" shows.

I really dig that show, and am just finishing up the last episode. It definitely is very entertaining. I really can't wait to pick up the RPG itself - the rules seem pretty intuitive and fast. And the setting is cool as heck. Lasers and wizards, awesome!

It also made me realize just how many much stuff Laura Bailey and Yuri Lowenthal have done voice work for.

I've enjoyed watching the show, as well. I just finished watching episode 7 and like both the setting & its presentation. I look forward to buying the setting in print.
