CKG Screens

Post by Captain_K »

I have the original screens which are four sections of 8.5" wide by 11" tall connected "tri-fold" - aka all one piece. Fits nice in with my books in my crate of books.

This new screen on sale, and I want to support this sale, says its 16" by 10 or so inches.. 16" will not fit well with all the stuff which is std size... am I missing something? Does it fold in some odd way?

I suppose I can find a way to carry it about, but I just wanted to confirm its odd size is real.

Mystery solved. A type-o or simple troll math gone wrong. The screens are two 8.5x11 inch book covers (basically). Think of them like the PH with no protruding spine and no pages, just inside and outside covers. Personally, the images are nice, but I would have put more text on it.. not sure what, but could have been done.

Better still, a sheet of dry erase board.

I totally forgot to mention the screen is VERY nice, looks super durable. We'll see how it works in play in a few days. But at first glance, very nicely done and worth the money over a photo copy to cardboard.

I've been very happy with mine. Still trying to figure out how I DM'd without one all those years ago... I just picked up a 1E DMs screen on Ebay on the cheap too.
