Store Service

Post by dcfitch »

Not sure where to post this...so I'll just post it here. I have ordered many books from the Troll Lords over the past couple of years. Every time, the books arrived in a reasonable time frame and also in perfect condition. I don't know who all are responsible for packaging and shipping but....GREAT JOB!

Been a while, but last I knew, it was Todd who was in the sloop pulling boxing duty. In that case, he's earned a Dr. Pepper. Make sure you email troll@trolllord.com and tell him I said so.

Agreed. The items I have ordered always come packed tightly with plenty of cushion. Much better
than a lot of other retailers out there.

Yes - everything received has been neatly and tightly packaged. The wife laughs as sometimes I rip through the packaging. With TLG items it's walking to the kitchen to get a knife.

If you ever go to a convention, Todd will probably recognize your name because of all the shipping he does. He's a lesser known Troll to some, but he serves in many capacities, and his work is the stuff of legend.
