you probably want to check out this free OSR PDF...

Especially since anything OSR based is easy to use with the SIEGE engine.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Thank you for the link. I think it is an excellent source of information on Asian Settings and classes. As stated above it would not be hard to convert to C&C. It does have a Hidden Tiger Crouching Dragon feel to it.
