Best Castles & Crusades adventure presentation
Slag Heap gets my vote for the coolest name + cover art (the blue cover with drider) o' any C&C adventure produced to date.
Well done on this one Trolls.

Fingers of the Foresaken Hand is my all time C&C favorite. It's more my style of gaming, like the adventures I write.
Promoting C&C at Gary Con and LGGC since 2005.

Yeah, a big, HUGE @#$% definitely wrote Fingers of the Forsaken Hand. Another one my kids really liked was GG's C&C version of the Mysterious Tower.miller6 wrote:Fingers of the Foresaken Hand is my all time C&C favorite. It's more my style of gaming, like the adventures I write.
If IRC, Forsaken Hand was also originally a Goodman Games module.
I also liked Fingers of the Forsaken Hand because it led to a good discussion with my kids about what a "Rail Road" adventure is. They thought because a high powered wizard would make it really, really, hard to break into their home, it was a RR.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

I've never seen that one before. Is it a third party adventure?miller6 wrote:Fingers of the Foresaken Hand is my all time C&C favorite. It's more my style of gaming, like the adventures I write.

I can't choose . . so many great covers.
Pretty much anything by Jason Walton or Danielle Baglieo.

I'm partial to The Mortality of Green. And Blacktooth Ridge.

A0: The Rising Knight. The original version. Simply because it was first. And first shows intent. For good and bad.
Re: Best Castles & Crusades adventure presentation
Another vote for Heart of Glass, although admittedly, I like that one because of the cross of adventure and gazetteer. I tend to like adventures that offer more to the CK than just an adventure, one reason that despite my dislike for the heavy crunch of PF/3.5, I will admit that I shamelessly love the Paizo Adventure Paths.
