I typically run my own stuff and get bored running published adventures, but I had fun running Gary's Keep on the Borderlands and DCC RPG's Sailors on the Starless Sea. I've run Sailors three times now and I'd have a hard time running it again. My KotB game imploded after 2 sessions, so we didn't finish much of it. I'd be open to running it again.

I almost never run published adventures since I write my own stuff. Of those few however, I would have to say that the Coin trilogy set in Kalamar were probably the most fun ones I've ran.

My favorite, when considered in its entirety, is probably two modules, The Gauntlet and The Sentinel. Morrick Mansion was a lot of fun too. Ravenloft is always up there too, and going by how many times I have ran it, would be my hands down number 1 adventure.

There are a lot of Modules I like, though, and would use again, in parts, or in their entirety. I am kind of like Buttmonkey, while I use published adventures, I use very few of them as written/intended. I change whatever to fit whatever I need so I don't have to create maps and other write ups from scratch. I much prefer re purposing work others have already done.

For me, it's the Queen of Spiders compilation, by Gary Gygax.

Can't say I purchased this one since it was given away for free on the old WotC's site, but...

B3 Palace of the Silver Princess by Jean Wells, the original orange cover version.

I'm with you on this, G2 was my favorite, followed closely by KotB.

Simply put, there are a lot of good ones out there. You would just have had to use or play in dozens of them to know it. It would be far easier to list modules I found to be completely useless as written. Which will take some time, I have a much easier time recalling things I like and use than things I just put back on the shelf.

Crucible of Freya is a great one. At the time it came out, it was exactly what it needed to be for me. One of these days I ought to re-run it. The Rising Knight gave me three adventures out of its slim pages, so that should also count for something.

Village of Hommlet is a lovely module. I want to include the original Ravenloft, with its wonderful randomizing elements, but the dang isometric maps hold it back for me.

Of the recent crop, I'm really grooving on Out of the Abyss. It's the first of the big adventure books for 5e that I just had to run.

I would be saddened at myself if I did not say S1. There is no other module that I feel every player should experience.
