And they all get borked. So withe the birth of the new Baby Grimm and me taking an evening shift my campaign plans and plans to begin pushing C&C at a local store again have been put on hold. I am hoping that with a coming change in managers that my schedule will settle into something workable for face to face gaming.
On the bright side: Guess who is now a proud owner of a near mint Deities and Demigods with the Cthulhlu and Melnibone mythos?

Re: Plans, plans and more plans
Thanks all. I was just in a mood last night. Want to get my Greyhawk campaign back up and it is getting frustrating. However I will get a one shot this next week.

Re: Plans, plans and more plans
I'm in a similar boat with 2 under 3 (youngest will be 1 next month, middle will be 3 in June, oldest is 13). I hope free time shakes loose for both of us soon, JG!
I also have games running in Greyhawk, but they look like this:
1) Ulek Campaign: Begun in 2011. Family issues have kept one player away along with her boyfriend. This one is on hiatus until further notice.
2) Eskadia Campaign: Thieves-only campaign begun in Eskadia of Haunted Highlands fame. This is set on the western side of the continent of Oerik (seen in the WoG box set). This campaign will get going again when we can have one player over again. Scheduling has been an issue.
3) Lendore Campaign: My oldest and friends of our family (a dad and his son, a former classmate of the oldest) began The Sinister Secret of Restenford (L1/U1 mash-up as suggested by PapersAndPaychecks over at DF (<--see the link). Our second game was cancelled by the flu that hit the other family back in February. We are hoping to play a second session over the boys' mutual spring break.
4) Idee Campaign: My oldest had written up a character for 5e, as we were looking into that game. We wanted to try a solo campaign for him and me to play spontaneously when things were suddenly freed up and had the opportunity to do so this past weekend. I ran "The Prison of the Hated Pretender" for him on Sunday, except I decided I wanted to try running AD&D again for the first time in 26 years. So, this campaign will help me get under the vehicle, check out how I would change it and most likely use C&C ideas to tweak it into "my game." It will most likely influence how I run games 2 & 3, also.
Anyway, I hope to be "here" more often than I've been once time is on my side again.
Happy gaming,
Zudrak
