Gods of Egypt Movie

Post by miller6 »

Just watched the movie "Gods of Egypt" with Gerard Butler (King Leonidas) as Set and my favorite, Geoffrey Rush (Captain Barbosa) as Ra. Awesome movie! :)

It sounds like my kind of movie, so I'm glad you liked it.

Will wait for a blu-ray release!

Commercials make it appear to be just another pointless, CGI-bloated, brains-soaked-in-cola FX vehicle.

Ancalagon, no, it's really good. Austrailian/American producrers. Excellent special effects and whoever wrote it really knew their egyptian mythology and could write one heck of a dungeon. :)

In Egyptian mythology, the gods aged and eventually became senile. Did they actually die?

Permanent death, not so much, since there is an afterlife in various worlds. Save those consumed for being imbalanced.
