For crying out loud. Do your best with the rolls the dice have given you. This is what separates the men from the boys... -Kayolan

I enjoy playing AD&D monks but have yet to try my hand at the C&C version.

Too easy to hit, but their stun ability makes them something to be feared.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

C&C monks are The Awesome (TM). I think they deserve an across the board +1 to AC over the PHB values, but I still love to play them BTB.

Half-orc monks are fun as are halfling ones.

But, I prefer to add a bit of cinema to them and change their powers significantly.

Or, we use the Arduin conversion I've posted before.

Class and a half with assassin and you got some real fun.

I'm trying to get Relaxo going on his OA... next Domesday I hope to have a sneak from him on that topic..

But the Monk with the D12, reasonable AC and good BtH is nice.. I'd like to see more esoteric weapons which the monk gets to do cool stuff with.

Anyone remember the Dragon Mag Monk(s), those dudes rocked.
Wow, Another Natural One! You guys are a sink hole for luck. Stay away from my dice.
