Purging for the Move and Downsizing of Living Space
Due to rental rates going through the roof due to greedy landlords wanting their piece of the market I am going to have to move in June to smaller quarters without benefit of storage area. As such I am having to reduce the amount of stuff I have collected over decades of gaming. The first list of what I have available is below. Most is in pretty good shape. I've noted if it is not. Make me an offer via PM if there is anything that interests you. Stuff not sold off by June 1st is going to the used book store.

Re: Purging for the Move and Downsizing of Living Space
It would possibly cut down on PM's if we at least post what we are making offers on, though not the offers themselves.
Example: I am making an offer on BESM and Palace of the Silver Princess.
Just so the rest of us know if we want to make another offer we may want to make our absolute best offer the first time.
Edit: No, I did not make that actual offer, its just an example.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Re: Purging for the Move and Downsizing of Living Space
Sorry to hear about housing problems Go0gleplex; best of luck on new digs.
I did have a couple of questions though before I ask prices:
1. Are these colorcovers or mono?
T1 – Village of Hommlet
B1 – In Search of the Unknown
2. What color (Orange or Green) is the B3 Palace of the Silver Princess?
Once these are clarified I'll send you a list!

Re: Purging for the Move and Downsizing of Living Space
Hey Mike. Well, the outsides are color if that is what you are asking. I would have to look at the insides when I get home. But All of these were bought back in the 80's and 90's. The Palace of the Silver Princess cover is Green.

N5 Under Illefarn
Grimtooth’s Traps Too
Grimtooth’s Traps Lite
I'll PM with an offer in a bit.

Boy do I wish I didn't have vehicle problems. You have several things I'd like to get, but I have to wait to see how much repairs are going to be before I can spend any money on things I don't really need.

Re: Purging for the Move and Downsizing of Living Space
I'm interested in the T1-4, the full set of Dragonlance modules, and the Fields of Battle boxed set, but I need to do some research to determine what a good offer is.
Would all of these be considered "used"? IE nothing is in "collectible" condition?

Re: Purging for the Move and Downsizing of Living Space
Yes. All are in used condition. I tend not to write in the books though in most instances so the text should be clean. For the most part it is simply wear on the outside and maybe a slightly bent corner. Many of the adventures and 2nd ed stuff have been in a box the last 18 years. Books are treasures and I tend to try to make sure they stay in good shape. The Fields of Battle set is pretty close to new.
I'm taking reasonable offers Tree. Not expecting collector prices or any of that.

I'd be interested in G1-3 and D1/D2. Is the G series the separate modules or the combined supermodule?

Both modules contain all of the numbers noted Max. So G is the entire Giant series and D is both modules for that combined.

Does your copy of T1-4 still have the separate map booklet?

Thats fine with me. My copy is ready to fall/split apart, so I am interested in finding a more "healthy" one.Does yours seem to have some useful life left to it, or is it like mine, old, brittle, ready to come apart?Go0gleplex wrote:Yes it does Tree. I would say it is in good shape Tree. It has been in a box laying flat for a good many years. No sign of coming apart.Treebore wrote:Thats fine with me. Ditto. I've had early Dragon mag issues sent to me with less care and packing.

Re: Purging for the Move and Downsizing of Living Space
Well. When you guys buy 'em they are no longer mine. And my folks always taught us to take care of others stuff better than our own.
Okay...been doing reasonable offers on stuff and picking up the shipping costs mostly. So if this will help anyone, 3$ per module, 5$ per 3.X ed. and d20 book. Boxed sets and other stuff still reasonable offer. Though I may not pick up the shipping costs in part or total depending on size of package going out.

Re: Purging for the Move and Downsizing of Living Space
It sort of sucks Serl. But in the end, it's just stuff.
Most of it has been in a box since 1998 or 2010 anyhow. So it isn't like I have had access to it anyways. *wry chuckle* Never enough room for a proper game/hobby den since I left my house in Washington.

Re: Purging for the Move and Downsizing of Living Space
In the course of unpacking stuff that has not seen the light of day since 1998, I found I have a set of AD&D 2nd ed. Spell cards both mage and priest that are in decent shape. Figured I would mention it here before I tossed them up elsewhere.
