Need help with my class revision ideas

I'm going to begin C&C soon and want to add something I've been thinking about for a while. Rather than having standard ability score bonuses, I want high scores (14+) to mean something different to each class. For example...

Fighter STR 14+: +1 to hit and +1 damage
Fighter STR 16+: can wield 2-H weapons in one hand

Wizard STR 14+: You are proficient with two of the following: spear, javelin, hand axe, or shortsword.
Wizard STR 16+: You become proficient with the longsword or scimitar.

Cleric DEX 14+: You can throw vials of holy water with surprising speed and accuracy up to 30 feet. Holy water affects undead, demons, and devils. It deals 1d6 hp damage. When hurling holy water, you receive +2 advantage to hit. You may throw two vials per turn.
Cleric DEX 16+: +1 to missile attack rolls. You always act before any undead of lower level than you, regardless of initiative rolls. If any undead have a higher initiative score, bump your score to one better than the best undead foe’s result.

Rogue DEX 14+: Your attacks with the following weapons gain a +1 to hit advantage: dagger, dart, sling. You may move silently at normal speed.
Rogue DEX 16+: You may attack twice per round with daggers, darts, and slings. After making a sneak attack, you may immediately attempt to hide as long as there is a reasonable place to take cover or are sufficient shadows.

So here's where I'm stuck: Wizard wisdom and charisma abilities as well as Cleric strength and intelligence abilities. I would appreciate any ideas. I am not looking for opinions as to whether you like the idea in general. Thanks!

So your looking to give the Cleric and Wizards something more based on those attributes, in addition to what your already planning on giving them based on DEX or STR?

Are you looking for ideas based on both attributes, or just one more per class?

For Cleric, and WIS, you could let them add their WIS modifier, if any, to their BtH when using Spiritual Weapon, or to add the bonus to Cure Light Wounds, etc...

For WIZ you cold let them add their INT bonus, if any, to a damage spell, such as Magic Missile, Fireball, etc... or even all such spells. Or add number affected to the spell based on their INT, such as Hold Person would hold 1+ INT bonus.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

The standard bonuses are gone. Instead each class gets its own special benefit from having high attribute score. One at 14+ and another at 16+. I'm having a hard time with ideas for the wizard's WIS and CHA benefits and the Cleric's STR and INT benefits.

Ah, then maybe give a +2 to the things I suggest above.

As for CHA, you can take an idea there from the CKG feats, whatever they are called in the CKG. The one I am specifically thinking of gives a +2 to all CHA based saves, but you could narrow that down to specific types of spells, such as anything with the word "Hold" in its spell name.

Not to be too contrary, one of the things I like about CnC is the stat bloat is not required.. nice low pluses.. these types of ideas pushes folks to only play PCs with high stats in all the usual places... cool ideas, but why link them to high stats? Just let those classes do those things with increasing levels like, say 3rd lvl and 7th lvl they get these bonuses in those areas based on class.
