Greetings!
I play a lot of C&C via the Fantasy Grounds Virtual Table Top. They've got a semi-annual online convention coming up, and I think I'd like to run some C&C at it. Is there a good "introductory" adventure that can be ran in a few hours, or in a few hours across a couple of evenings?

Introductory Adventure?
Re: Introductory Adventure?
Shadows of A Green Sky can easily be played in a 4-hour session. It was part of the Free RPG Day a couple of years ago, though I think it is now available for purchase. It's a pretty neat little adventure that would work well for convention play.
Re: Introductory Adventure?
The two classics I see brought up all the time are:
A Lion in the Ropes
Beacon at Enon Tor
There are probably others. Many modules from other games can be easily used, too.
My preference: Tomb of Horrors. It can last 3 minutes or all night. Plus, all levels of skill can make it... as long as the PCs don't become stupid.

Re: Introductory Adventure?
Beacon at Enon Tor has the benefits of being free and easily finishable in a 3-4 hour time frame. It is also incredibly bland. It lacks any of the magic and wonder that would make me want to come back for a second session.
I suggest picking up a low level DCC RPG module and converting it. One of the 0-level funnels should work well for 1st level C&C PCs, although you may need to cut down the total number of monsters in some encounters. Sailors On the Starless Sea should be workable. It's a little linear, but that's a good thing in a convention scenario.
