Yes sir, it does. The pdf doesn't have a back cover (or mine didn't) so I scanned a map that came with the Gazetteer and used that as the back cover.

I pulled the cover out of the pdf, using Acrobat, and it was an even 48 pages. I had to save the cover seperately as a jpeg. I got some errors, but I had the option to continue, so I did. I was worried, but it it came out pretty good. Worst case, I would've been out $5 (its price, including shipping)!trechriron wrote:Nice!
