I thought I was the first one here to start up a voice-chat game.
When Treebore chimes in, we'll know for sure.
Either way, I remember the first time SKYPE reared its head, my FIRST thought was: Oh my gods, oh my gods! I can run a game through this conference call!
I remember having this ridiculous setup as well- not yet knowing even about headsets with built in mikes. I had my comp speakers on one side of the room, and a microphone actually hanging from the ceiling. My wife sat across from me, and I actually had a DM screen and dice in front of me in order to to DM Lord Seurek, Damage-Devil, and my wife through a DCC.
After that, I talked with Treebore on these forums, picked up C&C, and we started a Monday game.
Great, great memories. And I've no idea what I would have done without voice-chat gaming, and all the wonderful friends I've met here.

For crying out loud. Do your best with the rolls the dice have given you. This is what separates the men from the boys... -Kayolan
