Troll Lord Games

Gamestorm is a Con hosted in Portland, OR. Essentially the West Coast equivalent of Origins in that game developers show up and there is an open game lab for folks to play test their game designs, get feed back from the pros attending, and so forth.

A large part of the game docket is board games, but there has been an increasing number of RPGs played as well...and next year I will be up there running a bunch of C&C games for the duration of the Con.

So those PNW folks that, like myself, can't get to the big cons back east easily...here's your sign!

Hm. Liz and I have been trying to think of a reason to go visit the Oregon area....this might be the ticket.

The Hotel it is hosted in is right on the Columbia River Mike. Be fun to meet you folks, even if I am a hermit most of the time. lol

Sounds cool, we'll see where our finances are at. This year it was either GaryCon or a new walk-in shower for the master bath. Alas, the latter won out. But next year....This con could work!

Gamestorm 22 will be happening in Portland, Oregon starting March 26th and running through the 29th in 2020.

The Con will be held at the Jantzen Beach Red Lion on the Columbia River.
Website is up as is the hotel reservation system but not much else as yet.
Next gate fee rate jump is due soon, so if you're interested and still want it to be somewhat affordable, don't wait too long.

Me and the Better Half visited OR for the first time in August and it was beautiful! I'll have to keep Gamestorm in mind for one o' these years...
