Help with my Order.

Post by Kersus »

What is the best way to contact the trolls about an order? I've tried emailing them and also called and left a message. It's been about a week since then.

An initial order has not arrived and an order made a week later has arrived but is missing a book.

Steve's looking into the matter. You actually might check your order and make sure that everything you did order actually has been printed.

If not, send me a PM with a list of what you ordered and ill endeavour to pass it on to Davis.

Yeah, I've not got my order yet and can't get a hold of Steve.

Its been a month, and the only module that may delay this is: They Who Watch..is this module out yet?

It seems I'm not the only one still waiting for their order. I received an email confirmation from Steve on the 9th saying it should ship in 2 to 3 business days.

I understand delays can happen, but I'm getting nervous because I'm moving May 19th and want to make sure my books arrive before my address changes.

Don't bother Steve with this because I tracked down my package. I had it shipped to my work address and campus mail delivered it to one of my co-workers earlier this week. It sat in his office until today, when he discovered (after opening it) that it was for me. Sorry for the miscommunication.

There does seem to be a communication issue. I haven't heard anything yet. An order placed March 24 has not arrived and an order placed after that has, but is missing a book. Both orders have been charged to me.

Emailing doesn't help (although I read somewhere that they can take up to a month to reply to emails and it hasn't been a full month since I emailed them yet). I did also call them and left a message with the details about the missing book, my name, and phone number.

Kersus,

Sorry about the miscommunication but I've been out of pocket for a week or more. Things won't calm down until next week some time.

Can you PM me please. I've gone through all my PMs and there are no order comments on there...there is every chance in the world that I accidently deleted it. I'm not sure what your name is so I can't track it down. But it seems you are missing two books: Living the Legend and one of the rule books for Essentials.

Fire me a PM and we'll get your taken care of as quick as the mail will allow.

Thanks,

Steve

One thing I'd like to see changed at the TLG website is the store front. When using the Paypal buttons it doesn't give you a regular shopping cart. You cant seem to be able to click multiple items and then check out. It's one at a time and keeps me from ordering direct from the trolls alot of times.

I just received the rest of my order. Living The Le(g)(j)end looks fantastic. I can't wait to run this. Anyhow, thanks for working the order out. All is received. The customs form was even filled out right this time
