Maliki says goodbye!

Post by Maliki »

I've decided hang up the D20's maybe for a while, maybe for good.

A big thanks to everyone at TLG for C&C, you added several years to my gaming life, hope the Crusade continues to grow.

Goodbye.

May you return if, and when, you want. It was nice to have you in the Crusade.

As I said in other fora, wow. The Crusade shall remain, and when you return the Crusade will be here.

Good luck in your future endeavors, whatever they may be. You shall be missed, good sir.

We all get burned out, sooner or later, for one reason or another. You'll be back when your ready. We'll see you when your ready to ride in the Crusade again.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Saw your post in the Crusades forum.

Wait until things calm down and people can start thinking like mature and rational people again.

Unless guns and/or knives were pulled things can cool down and be worked out.

Or not. Depends on if what was said and done can be forgiven.

You can also try playing with others. Like joining one of the 3 SKYPE games I know of. All the advantages, table talk, maps, good fun, in your favorite chair at your computer at home. None of the disadvantages such as bad breath, bad body odor, passed gas, someone eating all of your favorite chips, etc...

Cheers Maliki! Best of luck to you!

Just don't sell your gaming supplies (or at least, not all of them). Years ago, when I had given up the hobby, I was very glad that they were there when I wanted them again.

Sad to hear that, but I have to wonder what's behind the decision...

I RARELY get to play/run any RPGs, but I still buy and read the stuff and chat in the various forums. Even if I never played or GMed again, I would still very much consider myself to be a part of the community.
