Crusader Subscriptions for Canada

Hi, I was wondering what the official word is for a Crusader Subscription to a Canadian address?

I know there were some problems a while back which led me to believe that the practice was getting discontinued. I did notice in Crusader 6 or 5 something about a Canadian subscription with a higher price, etc. When I clicked on the friendly 'Subscribe Today' pic on the TLG home page, it gave the price for inside the US and it mentions Leisure Games for anything outside the US.

Since there was no link on that page... I tracked it down and realized that they are overseas (in London).

So my questions are thus:

How much and where should I inquire for a subscription? Or is this something I should try and set up at a LGS?
