I'd add badgers to that list, but they were more harm than good.

You are the last group to still be fighting next week.

The Friday heroes fell to the Lord of Ravenloft. One is a statue on the Ethereal plane and another is now a vampiric turtle familiar. Or at the very least Strahd's pet turtle. The rest are blood smears. No new vampires, except maybe the turtle.
He may go get the statue too. He is a powerful fighter and would be a good spawn to have.
Hmmm.... What will Strahd do?

So what you're saying is I can forget about my Cloak of Etherealness as a way to buy time in the future? Super, can I get a refund on my magic item purchase? That Ring of Evasion is looking super cool right now with my scorched pants!

Should we even talk about strategies group? Or keep them as a secret as we wouldn't want to give Treebore any extra time to plot his defenses? (As if Strahd has even been threatened by us yet!)

Just pray that Strahd doesn't listen to Bob Barker and have his pet spayed or neutered.

Tonight's the night, gents. Kill a vampire or 70 and rescue a wizard in distress.

Fun times, win or lose. Thankfully the dice seemed to fall our way tonight.

Thanks again to Robert. I can only imagine the time and effort it took to pull this all together. I had a blast.

I'm almost sad to see the group come to an end. Despite it being less campaign, more of a competition module... we sure had a ton of flavor and roleplaying fun. Should schedules ever align for a more permanent campaign, definitely consider me interested!

Yep, I cant thank you enough Robert. It was tons of fun and I look forward to the opportunity to play with you guys again in the near future.

I had a feeling the whole thing would come down to retarded amounts of luck.. But we did it guys, Hooray for us!

No! He better leave me on the ethereal.....

If he reverses the flesh to stone spell to spawn me, I demand an init roll to try and get the hell out of there, he can't reverse it AND spawn me the same round

Thanks again for the game, Robert. It was lots of fun! I'm 150% amazed that we survived, much less won. I figured those golems would finish me before Bitey Von Biterson even made the scene.

Hey! Where's the faith in your clerics to keep that human meat shield standing??? Garn was a machine with that staff!

It's a good thing we had two clerics, I don't think we could have survived with just one. I feel like our group's class distribution was just right for the task. Every character seemed equally crucial in their role within the group.

I'm looking forward to the write-ups for the three teams. Sounds like it was really just a matter of a few rolls on whether each group won or lost.

I have to agree. Having 2 clerics saved our bacon. Even though I didn't get to do too much Paladiny stuff (only 3 smite evils that I can think of, though one really counted). As Marty pointed out last night, his Wizard really didn't do a lot of Wizardy heavy artillery either. Still, it all meshed together nicely when it counted.
