Replys to joining requests ?
HI,
Does anyone know how long it takes to get a reply to join and with the NDA do you need to send it off straight away or wait ?
Thanks for reading,
Roger Calver.

Not sure I sent off my request and NDA last Friday or Sat (Don't remeber). But the Trolls are probably really busy with the $10 sale they just had.

Re: the Society - if you sent your e-mail to the Trolls, they may have forwarded it to Fiffergrund, who is handling the Society administration. Otherwise, try this e-mail address: CCSociety@gmail.com

If you e-mailed the address above, I have it...I just haven't had a chance to personally respond to everyone yet. Rest assured I have your info and you're not missing anything - when I do get the database finalized I'll be kicking off Society things with more vigor. It just happens that the summer months are hellish with my day job.

Okay, thanks. BTW, my group games in Haverhill! Haverhill, Massachusetts, that is. Except, on this side of the pond, we pronounce it HAY-vrull. Actually, it's a local thing, because folks from only a few towns away are often baffled by how the locals pronounce it.

I don't remember anything about an NDA in joining. Maybe I did it wrong... Can someone steer this fool in the right direction? Thanks!

The NDA is only for joining the closed discussion on the CKG and suchlike development. ^_^

Cool I have never meet anyone from the US Haverhill.
Most people outside of town say Have-a-hill and dont pronounce the R.

I remember when I first got into role-playing, I was reading the Fighting Fantasy books by Ian Livingstone and Steve Jackson and then found a copy of D&D (red box) at my local book shop.
After buying it and reading it I saw that TSR had an office at Rathmore Road in Cambridge just up the road from me.
One weekend I went with a freind to Cambridge and decided to go to TSR and have a look, the staff there were excellent and as I was new to gaming very helpful in giving advice and helping design adventures , drawing maps and just general chit chat also the I remember playing games with them.
I did miss them closing and moving to Cherry Hinton (near Cambridge) as it wasnt long after that they closed
Those were the good old days of gaming.
