I am pondering buying this to flesh out the world setting more; I am hoping that it tells about more than just the city and gets into surrounding areas as well.
Who out there owns this? Do you think it really expands Inzae, or is it just the city itself? Lastly, do you think its worth getting? (I can't imagine anything by Davis being anything but great)

The focus is indeed the city although there are little tidbits of info on Inzae. However, if you order it direct from TLG, you really can't beat the price. At $5 ... it's a definite bargain. I haven't read it from cover to cover, but the back of the book describes it as continuing the 'Death on the Treklant' trilogy (the I1-3 series which was already converted to C&C).
