AC: 16

Attacks: Talons 2d6,Beak 2d4

Special: Regeneration

Saves:P

Int: AnimAL

Alignment : Neutral

Type: Delicious with gravy

Treasure: White meat, dark meat

After this beast is defeated, take special care to ensure it is dead. If it is higher then -10 hp it will regenerate in 1d6 days and hunt down the adventurer that laid it low. Remember,oh brave souls who face such beasts, leftovers will get you.

i would house rule in that 1 in 6 dire turkey will have an unbroken wish bone.

I think the dire turkey needs a sleep effect.

Any person contributing damage to the turkey falls asleep upon defeat of the turkey.

At our dinner, someone made a sweet potato dish with marshmellows that turned into some scary orange and white ooze that gave me the "willies" when I looked at it.
Lucky I was able to keep the monster at bay with my knife and goblet of wine.

Oh, and I forgot to mention parts of it were blobby and wiggly. I'm sure I would have had horrific nightmares and terrors had I ate it.

Really if you guys wanted to ,this monster's stats could be used for the velociraptors from Juraisic Park. Just add another talon attack and change the beak to fangs. Oh, and add a special ability (and the xp bump for it) to allow the raptors to attack and move in the same round.
