It is normally on Thursdays though.

But we could do it on Wednesday, except I think some of you may play in Slimy's game....

But whatever you guys want is fine with me, especially if it gives me more L5R sooner!

Strangely enough, the name Nobunaga was running through my head all weekend. Sometimes things get stuck in there and rattle around for a while. Loose change, squirrels, lost keys, songs, names...

huh, you guys have a lot to do! Don't worry though most of it is pretty straight foward, and you guys have a few sessions yet.

Also, some of you may have noticed that there was no summary last week, that was totally on purpose, I am saving last weeks session for this weeks summary. I feel that I at least have to have SOME violence (other than threats) in a summary lol. So expect this weeks summary to be longer than the others.

Well, usually my 1-on-1s do not impact the main campaign at all because what is happening in the 1-on-1s is in the future now compared to where the rest of you are in the Thursday campaign and takes place in a different area (Dragon's Hollow). I think Rhiannon simply made the decision to play out the end of the Oni situation differently so you all could impact the story and it would end that particular storyarch.

At this point none of what I do individually should impact the Thursday game directly.

Yeah, I told Titania that running a "game within a game" is very hard to pull off, but she is young and unjaded, so wanted to give it a try.

It can work, but one thing that would have made it go better is if the "one on one" players, anytime this is done, understand that whatever they do may, and likely will, be rewritten when the whole group comes along and does their thing. Simply because in a game like this, that is when the "final story" is known and told.

It would have also helped if Titania was a bit more of a "story teller" CK. Meaning that when the events of the one on one play need to come into the main storyline that she narrates it more like a story. She would use this to give the background to the main group, and at the same time clue the one on one player (s) into what is going to be changed and be the "official" version.

Still, considering it was her first time ever trying to orchestrate such a thing, she did pretty good. Better than other attempts I have seen and even tried.

Well, this was the first time she had ever had the Thurs squad go directly over something I had done previously in my 1-on-1. This is what confused me as I had no idea she had intended to do that. The 1-on-1s I am doing now with her take place in a different province, Dragon's Hollow. So I do not think they will impact the Thursday Ryoko Owari group.

I am certainly impressed with her maturity and capabilities as a CK. I don't want there to be any misunderstanding about that. I'm convinced she's doing a better job than I will with T:2000. It just seemed like added chaos on top of Skype and OpenRPG, who already hate us, when we're pressed for time.

That's just my two cents though. Obviously if I cut down on the wise cracks, that'd save some time too!
