Great Wyrm and Shadowstaff

Post by jfall »

M&T questions:

Under the description of the Black Dragon's 'Charm Reptiles', it states that a "great wyrm" black dragon can use the ability. But the age category doesn't seem to exist in the Dragon's age chart. I'm imagining "Ancient" maybe? But for posterity's sake I'd like an official word on the matter.

Also, under the description for The Shadowstaff there is a "Summon Nightshade" ability which states that the user can summon a night crawler nightshade. Are there stats located somewhere that we should be using for this creature? Or maybe an equivalent somewhere?

Thanks much.

Great wyrm is equivalent to ancient. Terms were changed, but not completely.

The nightshade was cut from M&T. I do have stats for it, but I don't see it being released any time soon. Maybe I can get permission to post them here...

In the interim, I would suggest taking a purple worm and giving it all the abilities of a lich. That would be close.
