Aihrde primer?

Post by bighara »

What's the best resource for getting a feel for the setting? Ideally a basic overview of the geography, culture and history, etc.

Does it include information on Inzae, too? (hope so!)

Inzae's going to have its own folio, at some point.

If there are still some available, and you can swing it (monetarily), I'd recommend the Codex of Erde also. It's d20, but there is so much fluff and so little crunch to it. It is a great read.

Well, I wouldn't call it a great read in terms of being well written. The layout and organization is very wanting. The content, on the other hand, I found to be very evocative and made Erde come alive in my minds eye. Lots of history, characters, items, and events for a CK to utilize as campaign hooks. It definitely gives Erde a lot of depth that other settings failed to have.

Ah yes, I recall I already asked this question . I hoped for a different answer (i.e. the Inzae Folio is nearly ready )

Got my folio and Engineering Dungeons last week I'm in the middle of prepping a WFRP adventure, so I haven't been able to really read through the folio yet, but the maps are purty.
