Cleric casting dispel magic (int check?)

The spell description says that the spell can be cast by a cleric, magic user or druid...

...and that the caster needs to make an 'intelligence check' to dispel effects.

Is this correct, or should it be a wis check when cast by a cleric?

It is my understanding that it was always mean to be "governing attribute" rather than a specific standard one. That means divine casters would use Wisdom.
