The Future of Ruins and Radiation

Post by serleran »

I just wanted to let interested parties know that there is progress on this, as I have been given verbal agreement by Stephen Chenault to release the game under the auspice of the SIEGE Engine; I do not have written confirmation yet, but that's expected as this is something that only happened about 2 hours ago. Also, I am researching trademarks (for ownership under my hopeful "company") and soliciting cover art in hopes to have it ready by the time the manuscript is finished, which is quite some distance away, in fact. This, in no way, will interfere with my "regular duties" for standard C&C fare.

So, yeah... just thought I'd say a little more on what is going on. When I have more to offer, I will do a call for playtesting, but it is not ready for this stage yet.

I know several of the people I game with, online, would love to play test this when it is time. You can even listen in, or run it yourself.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

I would also volunteer my group, not online, when and if you need some playtesting. I've mentioned on other thread how much I'd be interested.

Good new Serl! I'm looking forward to that product.

If you need any help with simple publishing stuff, my company's got new material on yourgamesnow.com and I'd be happy share what little insight I have.

I'm involved with another recent playtesting, and would love to help with this one when the time comes.

I'd like to volunteer my group as well. I've been a fan of P.A. gaming for far longer than I have D&D.

Keep us posted!

I'm starting a 3E Gamma World SKYPE game. My players may be up for a playtest of R&R when the time comes. Keep us posted!

Serleran- I was set to recreate Gamma world for C&C - But now I see it is in your capable hands... I may have some few suggestions for it if you are open to such.

Gamma World was the first game I did not have to sneak....

I'm always up for good ideas, though I am not sure I want to see another's work (don't want to be accused of pilfering) quite yet, if that makes sense. Anyway, thanks for the vote of confidence.

That my all time favorite Gamma adventure. Can you post & let us know how it went?

R&R doesnt mean Rest & Relaxation? I'll definitely keep an eye on this. I'd definitely buy it. I can't wait.
