Posting question

I'm having trouble posting my maps. Would someone explain to me how it is done.

I believe when you want to do an image you use the Img button to the left of the URL button, then I believe you either basically copy and paste the image into the location. Notice the Img will have a " * " on its button. It is telling you to close the image by clicking the button again. Then it should save the image in your post, I think. Doing a URL from a hosted website is much easier.

But I have never done it before, so I'm only telling you how I think it works.[/img]

Hey Rigon. Are your images on your computer or hosted. Most sites require that you have them hosted. Once hosted, the image tag should handle it. Just paste in the address location

Yeah, you'll have to have a place that hosts the image and allows hotlinking (if it does not, you'll get a message when you click, or the image itself will change to something else, or simply be unviewable. After you have uploaded the image to a host, such as photobucket, you use the [ IMG ] tag, followed by the URL, and close it with [ / IMG ] (remove the spaces in both bracketed areas). Some sites, as the above mentioned, actually give the tagline to you so you can simply cut and paste it. Alternatively, you can post a link in much the same way, only its [ URL = URL ] NAME [ / URL ] (here the =url means the full web address, but you have to keep the = part.) Make sense?

Each map covers an area of 500 miles east to west and 300 miles north to south. The maps fit together in this arrangement:

Istri NW, Terey NC, Vell NE, Gimsal SW, Endo SC, Ras SE
