Has anyone designed a knight class for D20 based on the C&C knight?
If so could you share your creation?
D20 Knight Class???
I'm a bit confused, Joe. Are you asking for a D20 conversion of the C&C Knight Class? If so, I think it would probably consist of simply swapping out some of the conventional D20 Knight's 'Class Features' for C&C 'Class Abilities'.

There was an official d20 Knight class in Player's Hanbook II if I recall correctly. However, it is not quite based on the C&C knight, but it's close enough.

Right, didn't realise you weren't aware of it! Actually, you don't need to buy that book as the class was published on the Wizards of the Coast Website as an excerpt for the PHB 2. Let me see if I can dig up the link... aha here: Knight Base Class. Personally, I was not a big fan, but then I am not a fan of D20, so what does that really tell you?

Thanks...
It seems my attempt at getting as many replies as possible has angered the forum gods.
I was just hoping someone had a character template already created.
it would appear that "Open Discussion" only applies to a limited list of topics.
Maybe it ought to be called..."Open But Restricted Discussion"
Or maybe "Peoples Republic of Open Discussion"
Or how about "Open Discussion...No Tresspass"
It appears you can talk about zombie b movies ad nauseum but do not mention the dreaded other game...my bad.

"Open" Discussion is for topics that don't already have a forum to post in.

Nah, I think it was just a combination of multiple threads on the same topic and C&C to D20 conversion talk. Much like double posts in the same thread, the former is usually frowned upon in these sorts of forums (it might even be mentioned in the forum rules, not sure). I doubt it is anything personal or that anyone is actually angry, but if everybody went around starting three threads on the same topic, the conversation would be fractured and cluttered.
Mind you, I can understand the impulse, as some forums are clearly more frequently populated than others, it's just a matter of etiquette really (and as has been pointed out before, Troll Lord Games forums are for discussion of Troll Lord Games products). I bet, though, you would have got a better response if you had said:
"So, I'm planning on running [Troll Lord Games D20 Adventure X] and one of my players wants a D20 equivalent to the C&C Knight Class. Anybody have any suggestions?"
But, as you can probably guess, a request like that is probably best placed in the Troll Lord Games D20 Forum, just as you wouldn't post a question about the rules of C&C in the Open Discussion Forum, neither is it expected that you will post a question about the rules of D20 in the Open Discussion Forum.
We're all friends here, don't worry about it.

Bah, Peter explained it in less words.

Not crazy about the one you linked.
I am not crazy about anything WOTC has been doing of late.
I know what you mean. I was a big 3E buyer/player/DM for about 5 years until I got so sick of it I almost quit RPG's period. Thankfully C&C came along when it did and kept me and my family playing RPG's together.
