I went to the FLGS yesterday and saw a sign that WotC 3e products were 20% off, but 3rd party 3e products were 40% off.
And what did I see, but Necro's City of Brass boxed set. I'd been wanting this for some time, but couldn't muster up the justification for $70. Now, at $40, that was a different story...
In addition to City of Brass, I was very happy to grab the Castle Zagyg: Moat Gates expansion.
I have a feeling that those sticking with 3e or 3e-compatible products like the Pathfinder RPG are going to make out like bandits in the coming weeks.
So, is anyone else seeing massive d20 sell-offs at their FLGSs?

Not at my local FLGS, but the one down the shore had a similar sale last month when I was there. I wasn't interested in anything they had, though. I would like to get Stormscape, etc. (whatever those environmental books are), for ideas, but I'm not paying a high price to skip through 50% of the book (feats, classes, and statblocks).

Usually when something is going out of print down here, our FLGS will try to sell at a discount for about a month or two, then takes whatever is left to our local used bookstore to unload before the newer version arrives. There's an awful lot of 3-3.5 stuff in the gaming section of our used bookstore at the moment, so that might be a good place for people to check out in their areas if they're interested.
Even better than that, Sieg and I have picked up quite a few good deals on 1E products over the years by trolling used bookstores!

A gaming store near me has had 3E on sale at 25% off for over a month now. Sales have continued to be nearly non existent.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
