Touched by a Goddess

Post by Combat_Kyle »

I ran the first session of my homebrew campaign wolrd tonight. The party has a Paladin who serves the goddess of god, law and justice. He was explaining his path and ethos to the party rogue. In the exchange the player of the Paladin voiced the following sentence with stone cold sincerity:

"I was touched by my goddess at an early age."

There is now an offical church inquiry into the activites of the goddess with children.

LOL !!!

You know... I read the quote from the Paladin and I thought... hmmm that's not right

Then I read the next line!

Thank you (and thank your player) for a good laugh!

I take it your talking about your tabletop game, not the chat one.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Yes the tabletop, but both games are in the same timeline, so the actions of my tabletop game could affect your game, and visa versa.

Kind of funny the similiarities. I'm just glad I get the "hot babe" cleric to hang around instead.

Well the other group has a half-elf female (wizard-rogue), so that group has a nice female touch as well.
