the mass battle system was quite fun once you got that hang of it and that really did not take more than about 15 minutues total. After a few times thru it the system flows pretty quickly and I already know of several places in my games where I would like to use it.

Those trolls were just vicious. But they did get stuck in on the dwarves for most of the battle. Combine that with the masses of goblins and it was a bad day for the good guys.

Maybe if we get Lucky at Defcon you can see a bit more of my module than you got to see Saturday

In that same vein, I can give you some artistic advice regarding the drawing of male figures...!
Look forward to see the evolution of your work!

Aww man. I knew I should have gone to the con. ONly about 4 hours away from where I live. Unfortunately, money has been very tight since quitting one of my jobs last year. Would have lost some money hiring a backup janitor, and no money from bar band gigs on Fri and Sat. We could have (maybe) driven down on Sunday, but I was exhausted. Oh well. I'll see you some of you guys at Gencon to be certain. And, with proper planning, I'll most likely attend Trollcon next year. Provided it's in Little Rock, or closer.

All of the Trolls will be at GC, so come by the booth and say hello. And yes, Troll Con will be in LR next year. It may not be at the WLR Holiday Inn Express, but it will definitely be in Little Rock.

Thanks, Richard. I'll definately be putting a lot of time in at the TLG and Pinnacle Games booths. ANd, will hopefully make it to LR, AK next year. That picture of Uncle Steve is hillarious! What kind of hair is that? Some sort of cream rinse, or shaving cream? Too funny.

Alaska is a looong drive, and I'm not even sure they have a city named Little Rock up there.

Got to play with Todd something I seldom get to do (if ever) usually one or the other of us is running. Played in Breakdaddy's game as the cleric which i think surprised a lot of people, Todd played the ranger so it was a pretty good match up. Break's adventure was very well thought out and engaging....

Case

Why thank you sir. I only wish I had been able to attend on Saturday and Sunday. I hope that all who played my adventure enjoyed it. I put a good deal of time into researching Celtic mythology to make it feel a bit more "realistic"
I will probably run the same game again next year and possibly the sequel adventure as well since it was well received and only 5 people got to play in it.

Steve, Mark, Jason, and I just had a meeting to followup on Troll Con VI and needless to say, everyone at TLG is VERY happy with how the Con turned out. It was by far the most successful Troll Con ever. The being said, I am already at work on Troll Con VII. So keep your eyes open for changes to the TC webpage, and make plans now to attend Troll Con VII.

For those who might have questions i do have a few answers at this time:

1. As of right now, we are planning TC VII to be in July 09. However we are looking at changing it due to the close proximity to GenCon in August and LGGC in June.

2. TC VII WILL be in the North Little Rock/Little Rock area.

3. The Holiday Inn was great and the staff was fantastic, but at this time we are looking at a larger facility for the expected growth for next year's Con.

That's all for now. Once again, thanks to those who attended, and we hope to see all of you next year.

Thanks,

Richard McBain

Yep good meeting and everyone was happy about how the con went. McBain did a really good job on this one and is to be commended on making this the most successful TC ever.
