If you didn't pick up a copy of the Warhammer 40k RPG, Dark Heresy, when it released you are most assuredly missing out.
I'm just now getting a copy of the supplement, The Inquisitor's Handbook, and wow. I wish I would have picked it up sooner. It is amazing.
The Inquisitor's Handbook. It has some new "races"; Forge World, Schola Progenium, Noble Born and Mind cleansed PCs. Plus it has a career path for the Adepta Sororitas, some alternate career path things, etc.
Filled with new equipment, a section on faith and religion in the setting and more. Everything in the damn book is high quality and reeks of sweet as hell gaming.
I had to place an order for their adventure book, Purge the Unclean after thumbing through this Hanbook. Good, good stuff.

Is this related to the Warhammer RPG, or is it another setting/system? Is it also done via Green Ronin?

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
