The product page says:
"DISCONTINUED, ALL PRODUCT ON SALE - Source books, adventure, campaign settings all designed for the worlds most popular role playing game. These include many books from Necromancer Games!"
However, none of the prices seem discounted.
Is there a sale going on?

TLG d20 sale?
That's pretty new - 1st I've seen it and I notice other updates are going up on the "On the Anvil" section.
I'd say TLG is discontinuing non C&C lines (d20) and has just made that decision, so they will be on discounted sale soon (it took about a week after the LA announcement for the actual sale to go up on the site)... this is as everyone's heading off to GenCon.
I did notice other things: KoE/KoF, GFW and further Gord stuff is no longer on the anvil -- and only the 2nd Box Set for CZ ("The Dungeons") remains of any Gygax IP. I'd say (sadly) this strongly suggests that Gail and Spencer (aka Gygax Games) are indeed pulling almost all of Gary's IPs for whatever reason and to what purpose only they know.
It is good to see Victorious, Pulp Siege and Deogulf's Harvesters officially posted however, as well as Fields of Battle, which I believe will be the followup Tool-Box set from Jim Ward after Towers of Adventure.
I would suggest Brian double-check the text introing the on the anvil section, as it still refers to LA as a current line from TLG.

I'm always up for a good sale (geesh, I'm sounding like my wife), but yeah, I woudn't expect to see it until after GenCon.

You should see the sale they are having at the TLG booth here at GenCon. "Steve's clothing 50% off. Give him money or it all comes off."
