Is there a guidelines document for submitting to Crusader?

Just wondering if this exists. Stuff like:

1. Contact info.

2. Preferred article types.

3. Font/spacing/layout info.

4. Preferred article size.

etc.

Just posted this in the "Next Issue" thread, but there will be some brief guidelines for submissions appearing in issue 12 when it comes out--hang in there, and hopefully all of your questions will be answered!
