Indeed, there are plenty of copies to go around; I'm not even worried about all subscribers being able to get one, so the sales of the product will be open immediately to all the moment I actually get them in. The Trolls have been very busy getting CZ and SS and ToA out the door, so hopefulyl I'll get them this coming week. I'll post an announcement in the forums here when they are available.
Price will be $12 each plus $4 S/H.

Will that shipping and handling price be the same for those of us living north of the border? Or will it be a bit more?
