Long time player, new to these boards. Do characters gain a +1 to an attribute every 4 levels as in D&D 3.X? Do some of you other CK's allow it? I've not come across it in the rules, but I've missed the obvious before...

No, not by the book. But there's no reason folks can't add it in if they want too.
