Going to a Renaissance Festival...

Post by Dranoel »

If you live in the Las Vegas area- it's time to get medieval.

I will be out there all day... find me with the Beer Wenches. What a way to start the weekend.

Went to my first one this year in Minnesota. Had a good time and some of the comedians/skits they had were hilarious.

My wife and I attend the Kansas City RenFest every year. We always buy an egg from Yolonda at Royal Eggs. Yolonda speaks very highly of the Oklahoma festival. She says the employees and attendants are a happy lot since the owner is such a fine fellow.

Some time we'll attend yours gideon_thorne!

Wierdly enough, one of the OKRF gals, who's mom performs with Queen's Gambit, was just talking to me this evening about perhaps going up Sunday.

Dunno, I might think on it.

Sounds like fun, y'all! I go to one yearly in Tampa (the Bay Area Ren Fest). I missed it this year, though, but I'm going to try to make the one early next year. Good times!

I survived Ren Fest... and life is good.

I saw "The Tossers" and they were great. Think Irish/Rock- with a good dose a swagger. If you ever get a chance to see them- be prepared for a good time.
