Steve posted recently that the Gygax brothers (Ernie and Luke) are talking about doing more, under C&C, nothing sounding definite, though. So no breathe holding.

Please don't hold your breath! Its a matter of finding the time to commit to producing a quality module. Recruiting, wife and an 18 month old baby keeps me pretty busy. It is good to know that there is an interest in another Gaxmoor adventure.

*holds up watch to time the looks of stunned realization*.....

Speaking of Gaxmoor, I really do need to write you and get some specifics on the dimensions of the city.

No stunned realization here. I had him pegged when he posted in the football season thread.

I would hate to stifle your creativity and ability to customize Gaxmoor to your own campaign setting by dictating the exact dimensions of the city. It is exactly as large or small as you decide!

*chuckles* Who's talking about campaign setting? I'm talking about making sure the cartography is correct for the book.

There certainly is intrest in Gaxmoor. Stunned realization is not a factor. The username gives it away.

Oh. OK. I was trying to remain vague anc uncommittal so as to avoid additional work, but you have cornered sir
I will have to look at the old stuff and figure it out. Ernie did the map originally.

Howdy and welcome, Luke. Good to have you with us.

Count me in as a big fan of Gaxmoor. I was a history major in college specializing in ancient Greece and Classical Rome, so the module/setting/city immediately appealed to me.

Of course, in this book we get more of the Caligula/Nero decay of a Roman type city ~ and throw in some great monsters and challenges and you have an excellent, if not dangerous place to be walking the streets and exploring!!! A CK's delight for sure.

I would certainly welcome any further modules or books from you and Ernie, if you should ever get the time to embark on a project.

[Oh, and the I love them Fatlings!!! ]

Best regards,

Rhu.

Hmmm Castle Gaxmoor- sounds ok. But LPGburgh doesn't quite work out. Seriously, I doubt that I would ever try to write such a massive work.

Looking forward to seeing Gaxmoor C&C style! Been asking for it for years.

Welcome to the board, Luke!

Peace,

We need to change the design on the logo. The 'o's' should be replaced with duct tape.

That said; Gaxmoor is possibly one of my favorite D20 era TLG products. It's right up there with Heart of Glass and Bergholt. I have been wanting to run this for some time but I may just wait to use it when the C&C version comes out.

You really shouldn't give me ideas like that... a large sign like this just may be waiting for the Trolls at their booth at Gen Con in August!

I've got a couple copies of the d20 version myself... and I'll be getting any C&C version that comes out. I have also been wanting to run this sucker for some time now.

I'm going to irritate Luke and Ernie as much as I can about support material for Gaxmoor and the surrounds. But since we all three enjoy tipping things back, I don't suspect lots of pressure being successfully applied. LOL

I think you have plenty of time to write Castle Gaxmoor- you are young enough. The two of you (Ernie included) could knock this project out in under a decade.

Hey welcome to the boards, Luke.

Tom- I propose the following: Manufacture some cardboard duct tape cutouts and print up as many as you need. This way you arent going to have to lament your duct tape casualties any longer.

Hey, Luke, I second any suggestion about Gaxmoor II and taking your time, etc. or whatever.

Tell Ernie the same.

I met you once in 2002 at GenCon with Ernie. I badgered Ernie about Gaxmoor II last year in Lake Geneva (tell him I was the guy with the cowboy hat and thick Brooklyn accent.) Anyway, considering your recent loss (Condolences in that regard. He was the best.), now more than ever we really need a Gaxmoor II from you guys.

Step up to the plate and deliver Gaxmoor dungeons!

Or I'll cry...

I'd buy Ernie and/or Luke Gygax material sight unseen. I don't think system matters with this.
