Was the "Dungeon of Kubla Khan" ever a print module? I can't seem to find it listed anywhere for sale other than as a PDF.

Yes it was... I got my copy during last years 12 Days of X-Mas sale (along with the other Kubla Khan modules) but I think you're right. For one reason or another, it isn't listed on among the rest of the d20 print products.

They're great mods though!

I picked up the PDF. I did order the print versions of Temple and Tomb, though. The reason I asked is a Google search didn't turn up print copies either.

As I recall, this was a very limited print and possibly only available at Kubla Con out in San Francisco. I'm not entirely sure about that, but I know it was made in print -- I helped do some light editing on it, and my reward was, well, the manuscript and a printed version.
