Tough call! The Rising Knight/Blacktooth Ridge pairing is really, really hard to beat. That said, The Mortality of Green, Shadows of the Halfling Hall, the entire DB series, the entire I series, and the CK screen all stand out as excellent in my mind.

In all seriousness I'd vote the AWD folio next to the Codex. Both are great products and have had me hooked for some time.

World Builder was pretty darn nifty... Also, from a player standpoint I really enjoyed The Extraordinary Book of Names. Kept me from alternating between eight different names whenever I'd make up a new character!
Towers of Adventure is a favorite of mine, as well; it's a good workhorse to turn to if you need to create something on the fly and don't have quite the time to use the Engineering Dungeons book. I won't mention adventures because I'm a little biased...

Hmm, I should probably add my own to this list as well...

I'd have to say -after much consideration- that Haunted Highlands does it for me.

Yeah, the DB series is amazingly good.

DB4&5 combo is some of the best stuff in gaming PERIOD.

I regret I didn't get to do a revised Insidiae...

Hopefully Gygax Games will rumble back to life. Oh well, maybe someday.
