WOOOOT!!

Post by Treebore »

Just got notification that a court case (lawsuit) that I appealed to the next higher level, and was heard last Friday, was ruled in my favor! So not only do I not have to pay them, they have to pay me $28 for even trying to sue me!

WOOOT!!

Justice can prevail!!

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Well done sir.

What's growing in your garden this March?

Funny you should ask, most of our seeds arrived today. Heir loom tomato's, such as Chocolate Cherry tomato's and Cream Sausage and Hollow Stripe, and another heirloom mix is coming later, sweet peppers, beans (tepary), we will also be trying to get Bay Laurel, Pomegranate, Sage, a variety of hot peppers, and other trees/bushes that are good in low water climates to take root around here.

Yep! Plus they had to take time off from work and drive an hour each way, both times!

I was just ticked as hades that they won the first case/trial. Glad to see the judge of this higher court actually knows what evidence is.

Wow! To have to even go through something like that must SUCK! I'm glad it worked out for ya!
I can only imagine what that must feel like. I'll take my minor experience with a judge ruling in my favor and multiply it 10 fold. That rocks dude!
