Thanks Kyle. I like her books very much, but haven't yet read the EarthSea trilogy. Are the maps not included in the books, or are they hard to read?

Let us know what you think of the book, I know it but haven't read it yet. I have however, read 2 of her Nebula/Hugo winners and they were outstanding.
Left Hand of Darkness
The Dispossessed

Janny Wurts does some nice maps for her Mistwraith series as well.

The Mistwraith map is pretty cool. I love that font. A nice basic map for use inside a novel, or as a example of how a cartographer in that world might draw out a basic map. Good stuff.

Well, you're not the only one.

Personally, I thought it was one of the best books I have ever read. Though it's been a very long time since I read it.
